Ok, RCBS got back to me today, they are saying that their Safari series 450/400 dies are designed around .410 diameter bullets, not the .408's. Which is good for those that own the Ruger #1's

The bad news, they are twice what the hornadys will sell for when they become available again. But the option is there.
