Overkill, if you want a wildcat based on the 460 Wby case, it is better to use a CZ550 action than a Wby Mark V. The CZ550 will give you 3 rounds down plus one in the chamber, plus it is a controlled feed.

The 550 Magnum uses 460 weatherby brass necked up to .550 caliber. It is the biggest big bore that you can fit on a 460 Weatherby case.

I have been thinking on to buy a cheap used Brno 550 rifle. And then take it to a gunsmith that can build it to a 550 or .600 OK! Possible? what would it cost?

US$3000 or so, unless you insist on a fancy stock.

But how do you neck up the .460 wby case to .550? Do you put it in some tool or something?
Can you do it by your self?
The .550 would maybe be something for me..
