I hope you have better luck finding the Winchester than I did. I just got word from walmart that their distributor is sold out of that gun. I checked with USRAC and they gave me a list of distributors who last recieved these guns and I checked with four of them and they were all out of stock. It would seem as though the pipeline is dry yet USRAC won't be procuding any more until January. | |||

As much as I love Ruger #1s I would say go with the M-70. NRA Life Member, Band of Bubbas Charter Member, PGCA, DRSS. Shoot & hunt with vintage classics. | |||
