Neal-Perhaps you could get Cheytac basic cases.They are thick enough and if basic would form easy.Or get Jameson
International to make them complete.I understand that
Marc has bought out a lot of Bell's stuff to be in the case
business.The ones I showed above are a bit big to use in a regular size bolt action. A 550 on a Gibbs case would sell many more guns than the 408 ever did..Ed.

I have already worked out most of the details with the 550 beltless or as I have named it the 550 Gibbs magnum. The last details to work out is a supply of modern hi pressure cases. That detail is underway. Ed is right there is no real benefit to using low pressure gibbs cases. The hi pressure cases could help hunters in South Africa where the powder has less energy than ours does. Anyway the most of the big cases will probably all get necked to 550.
