Have a set on order, haven't received them yet. My question is, does the case sizing die have a decapping pin in it, or do you have to buy a universal decapping die for that procedure. Reason I asked, I say a set pic on midway usa, it it showed no decapper pin. Also, for those of you reloading the cartridge, what are you using for a case trimmer? I'm thinking of having Lee make me a hand case trimmer for the cartridge, and also a factory crimp die. Mad Dog

Foerster. My dies are RCBS, so I can't answer that question. I don't use the decapping/expander assembly. I decap with a hand punch. ---------------------------------- "Serious rifles have two barrels, everything else just burns gunpowder."

My Hornady dies do have a decapping pin; I use a decapping die, though, out of habit.

I use RCBS file and trim dies for 450/400 and 450 No2. DOUBLE RIFLE SHOOTERS SOCIETY

I use the Forster "classic" to trim all the way up to a 3 1/4 length case and it works great.
