Here is a link to a video of me shooting a 470 Mbogo...

470 Mbogo video clip

Link streamlined and updated thanks to jeffe's help below.

The file has sound, so make sure your speakers are on.

The file is 1.5MB in size (.mpg format), so if you don't have a wide-bandwidth connection you will have to wait a few minutes (it will probably take 5 to 10 minutes with a 56k dial up connection).

Please let me know how it works for you.

Hi PC, where did it break down for you? Did it try downloading the video at least?

You might have to download one of the free programs shown on that small window that pops-up if you can get as far as downloading the file at least.

Thanks for trying! [Smile]

Thanks guys. I was hoping that would work.

KN, sadly, that video was taken last week. [Wink] Kidding of course, but it won't be long before that white stuff is back again!

M98, 470 will be coming out this way in a couple weeks. I hope he brings it. The pics are awesome.

Thought you'd like that, 470. [Smile] I have a bunch more on CD for you that are a little too long to share via Imagestation.

Jeffe, thanks! I didn't think to just get the link to the "click here" button. I will update the top post so people don't have to go through all the steps.

Here is another from my album for everyone to try. Not quite as funny though....just me shooting 470's 500 A-square. The file is only 850kb so it loads pretty quick...

Canuck,

Great video(s). With my internet connection that takes 15 seconds to download it.

If I do the same thing in Belgian forest I go to jail directly and I'll loose all firearm licenses. [Razz]

May be I live in the wrong country [Wink] [Wink]

Way cool, Canuck.

I save all of my juice, windshield washer jugs, etc. and love to fill them with water and take them to the range and destroy them.

Two weeks ago, I took a 14 yr. old boy and girl and an 11 yr. old girl out to give them the basics of shooting. First time for all of them, as well as the mom of one of the girls.

The boy was fascinated with my .458 WM, so I brought it along, but not for him to shoot. [Eek!]

After a couple of hours of safety training and plinking with the .22 handgun and rifles, I set up the jugs to show them what bullets really can do to things.

They were pretty impressed the way the .22 cal blew a gallon juice jug off the stand, were more impressed when I shot my .44 mag at another jug, but were blown away when I showed them the damage that the .458 did to a 4 gallon bulk jug! [Big Grin]

I think they got the message that guns are fun, but they aren't toys. [Wink]

Well here goes nothing! I think I have figured this out? If you can't get it to play select the download. That seems to work? This is a clip of our "Mark Sullivan" stage in our double rifle shoot last July. Hope this works!
Canuck and rest thanks for the leads here! This is going to be fun!

That's awesome, Rusty. Looks like he shot high once and got him right on the bridge of the nose with the other. Great footage.

It is a pretty big file (9Mb). Those of you with a dial up connection should go get a beverage while it downloads. It is worth the wait though. I'd love to attend one of your shoots one day Rusty!
