Hello Fjold,
Thanks for the reply.

You are correct. All the rifles came with only 2 or 3 rounds fired from the box(s) of ammo.

Hello Michael Robinson,
Thanks for the reply.

Ugly / Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. This Ugly is great, especially when you can launch a 750g bullet at over 2400 fps. with tolerable recoil.

Buckstix:

Is the top one another 1917 Enfield too?

What brand of maker are they?
Interesting to see these old rifles made into
such cannon shooters.

I have four: .243, '06, .300 Win and .358RUM. All
of mine are Eddystone's. Only one was original when
I got it, three had already been butchered.
My first was $15 in 1958 when I was 14. it's the .300.

Fine rifles. Am happy for you to have such a collection.
How often and how much do you shoot them?

Thanks for sharing with us.
George

Hello georgeld,
Thanks for your reply,

Yes, all are 1917s. One is Winchester, the others I can't tell.

Here are examples of two of the finest 1917 platforms I have ever seen. http://forums.accuratereloadin...1019521/m/2191052072

Dang! Eeker

How do they feed??

Starting to get a hankering for one.. if they are reliable.

Not gonna lie, I coveted one back in the day when I first joined this forum.

Loaded down to 2,100 or so, it should still be adequate for blasting the water jugs...

Hello Quickstrike.
Thanks for the reply.

They feed perfectly. Better hurry and get one. Prices are going up. https://www.proxibid.com/Guns-...Information/70184687

$22,500 + $5,400 buyer's premium = $27,900
