How does the case capacity of your Ackley compare to the capacity of a 300 Weatherby?
If there close, than back off from the Weatherby data and work up, being sure to heed the pre-cautions about loading for a "custom"/short throated Weatherby chamber using data developed in a long-throat chamber.

I think he means 375 Wb; I was going to suggest the same.

375 Weatherby and 375 Akl data can be used for either. The 375 Wby data here will work for the Ackley, and Ackley's data in his Vol.1 Handbook for Shooters works for the Weatherby. Ackley stated the data is interchangeable.

I too have a 375 AI,
I am still finishing up the stock for it,
It is a CZ American Safari I put Ebony fore end
and grip cap, pillar bedded and a aluminum rod
up thru the grip, I then used Bill Soverns oil
method to finish the stock,
My gunsmith who did the metal work has one and
he runs 90gr rel 19 behind a 235 gr TSX.
GS custom has a load that gets 3400 out of their 200 gr HV.
Good luck!
