Ha,Ha,Ha, Ha, OOPS, been there done that.
I have seen that happen many times. Just "degrease" your bolt a little.

Frans,

I know a guy who did this, and it caused him a heck of a flinch.

I would take the bolt down and clean it out.

I know this is beginning to sound like a bad comedy, I'm finding this hilarious myself...but...

Does anybody get oil squirted into his/her eye out of the back of the bolt of CZ550? I do.

Somewhere down the line I must have squirted too much oil into the bolt, because now when I dry-fire the gun, the bolt shoots back at me....oil, right into my eye.

Laugh all you want...rather inconvenient!

night before last, same thing happened to me. Been working on it and leaving it in the vice on my bench and not in the house, everything rust on the Texas Coast if left out. Had way more oil on it than normal so it wouldnt rust, poor blueing to start with.

Sucker got me big time, but only once.

Frans,

You are killing me. Mine has a three position safety on the shroud, so I guess I've been spared.
