<Bearhunter>Anyone heard of S.I.A.C.E. Arms double rifles???
New England Arms in distributing double rifles by S.I.A.C.E. Arms of Italy, invarious calibers. The one that interest me is the 9.3x74R and the 45-70.
Anyone have knowledge of these guns and their quality?

ACRecurveI emailed New England Arms regarding the SIACE double rifles asking for info and they never replied. There was a small bit in their ad in either the last Double Gun Journal or Shooting Sportsman. I guess me being from the South and all, they probably don't want to traffic with a hick like me---or could it be that I returned a $3600 Arrietta that was supposed to be new but was dinged all to hell? Who knows...

ACRecurveHey Mac,
I'm originally from Bryan, TX--that should be far enough south....I know, I know--New Mexico is technically in the southwest, but gimme a break!! Lovington is only 14 miles west of the Texas line....hmmmm.
Later,
Andy

<eldeguello>Andy, chances are those New England yankees don't know that New Mexico is part of the U.S., and they don't want to be dealing with foreigners!! Have you ever read the "One of Our Fifty Is Missing" column in the New Mexico Magazine?? Believe me, I envy you living where you do!!
