A buddy is looking for a value, ...it's a Sako safari rifle in 375 h&h, as new from 14 years ago with the quarter rib rear sight and covered front. Serial # av 6511xx.

Those I have seen at gun shows are running $2200-$2500.

That is a good price range. Those rifles are well built, and very well balanced for a factory DG rifle.

The AV versions are great.

That's about the normal range, although I've seen 2 in the past couple months go for $1,800-$1,875....the economy, I guess.
