Hi Guys :

What ammo does Chapuis regulate their 470 NE with? any idea?

Can't find Federal 215 primers for my handloads for 470 NE locally, and I don't need a pack of 1000 from wholesalers since I use CCI for all my other rifles. I can use CCI LR 250 Mag primers instead with no worries correct?

I have seen several factory targets from Chapuis 470,s. All were regulated with Federal factory loads.

Yepper you are correct. I just got my Chapuis gun case today, it was shipped to my home from Cabelas Lasing Washington. When Cabelas shipped the DR to the Hamburg Store in PA they left the case, and the original regulation targets and paperwork in the case.

I got the two targets, regulated with Federal 500 grain Woodleigh. One target two shots at 3/4 in group at 50 meters, and second target 1 1/8 in. group at 50 meters. First barrel shot is about half inch higher than the left. Each target is signed by the shooter, two different shooters. Naturally it has my serial number, model number, and caliber on each target. Pretty cool.
