Please do a search for the userid 700nitro as he has a 700 nitro express (it can be seen for sale on the Westley Richards website).

You may also want do a search for the userid Robgunbuilder to talk about .700 wildcats, because he has knowledge in the area. Dave Davison at www.ch4d.com also has knowledge in that area.

Hi yas

could i ask were you get your bullet's from ..
not loaded round's..

I started making them myself
i make a 10 deg semi taper to a semi round nose
and a 10 deg taper to a flat point.
in any weight a person would want and almost any jacket wall... well maybe not any jacket wll

My 1000 grain bullet's run 2.55 each in a
0.050 jacket wall of pure copper or a gilded jacket of 0.035 can be had at the same price
i do a lead filled soild in 800 grain's for the same price as well

I will within the nest few week's try and post up some picture's ..

I can and have made them all the way down to 750 grain's ...Kinda a plinker .if there is such a thing for the 700 Nitro Ed Huble is having me make him up some 1000 Grainer's for his new 700 HE as well ..I just thought i would
let folk's know that woodleigh is not the only
place to buy the bullet's from.

I am also starting the .750 line for the 750 nitro express ...

And yes the 700 Nitro does Rule Big Grin

Do you have any .729 dies? I need some 1000 to 1500 grain bullets for the 12GaFH. I now consider .700's SMALL Bores!-Rob

Not really

It's just that there are only a few folk's that make a supple .700 Diameter bullet's to those's with rifle's that large ..And i thought since i was doing up a bactch for Ed i might as well make a few for someone else that might need them ..No harm in that

This is a getting bullets for cannons thread.
Martin was brave enough to spring for a
whole die set to make 700 bullets, at my
request, which is nice, him being here in
the states with decent price. He will have bullets before I have complete gun, but I will get as many from him as I can. Hope to get others interested. When I get gun going they
will get a rigorous test, like Rob's gun
would give them.Ed.

Ed..
I have all the core's done .
But am having a bugger of a time getting more jacket from butch it could be 3 week's before i see any jacket from butch ..
not to fret though i ordered 1000 jacket's in 0.050 for the 1000 grain bullet .
the other jacket's just did not fill the bill
to my satisfaction.

I have about 20 0.035 gilded jacket's almost finished all i need is the point form reformer
and redraw die to finish them up these are freebe's as i am unable to fill the 0.050 order in under 3 to 5 week's these will be just so you can -see- touch- and look at them thay will work about the same as a 0.050 Copper jacket.

Thay look great as a 1000 grain bullet ..Long sucker's... Ed you know ? you really only need throw these thing's by hand to kill something.

When the other die's get here i will send you some of them in the 10 deg flat point to try as well
