| I use it in my 9.3x62 and find it very accurate, about 1 m.o.a. (but the gun shoots everything well, it seems). I would hesitate to use a "cup & core" bullet on thick-skinned game, but 286 grain Privi's have killed the heck out of everything I've shot with them in the states (albeit, limited to whitetails and <350 lb hogs). I also use it in a .308 Winchester. It, too, is accurate and I've never not had a shoot through on a deer and all bullets seemed to have expanded 2x. That said, there is a reason that premium bullets sell and it's not just good marketing. On a buffalo with a $2500 trophy fee, it will be A-Frames, North Forks, etc., for me. I know that they'll work! JudgeG ... just counting time 'til I am again finding balm in Gilead chilled out somewhere in the Selous. |

| I only have limited experience with PRVI .375 H&H ammo, but in my 9.3X62 the ammo was accurate and the brass seems last almost indefinitely (15 loadings with one batch without a single failure so far). |

| I handload PPU cases in my 7x57R, so far they are as good as Norma cases in the same calibre. |

| Prvi load for a company over here and it sells well. Some of the odd ball calibres they loaded people had the odd problem chambering but I think that may have been more to do with the guns (303 etc) than anything.
Cheap ammo but good enough for what it is.
Brass is said to be good as are the bullets (cheap). |

| I use it in my 6.5x55 and 9.3x62. I get good accuracy and power. Now they are not fancy bullets, just cup and core. But they do the job. John

| I bought a couple of boxes of 375's just because it was so cheap, $ 26 I think. I was suprised at how accurate it was and even shot a few deer with them but like Judge I wouldn't use it in Africa.

| No one has ever complained of accuracy over here.
But yes, deer - fine, Africa, no way. |

| On the Nitoexpress site a guy has done extensive testing of bullets. He has compared the performance of Privi, Norma, Lapua, Barnes & other US bullets in 9.3 & 375. The Privi did better than some other reputed bullets. The Lapua Mega also look like good bullets for heavy game. I have some other test data on file for 9.3 bullets if you would like them - Pl PM me.

| I have used several boxes of the PRVI .374H&H ammo in my Ruger M77 Safari rifle and it is VERY accurate! I wish I could find more to purchase. Also, the cases reload very nicely. My opinion... great ammo; bring it on! Will be shooting it again soon as soon as I get back home.
Currently in Afghanistan and my ammo choices here are limited to 9mm and .223. Not exactly big bore, but the ammo is "unlimited." |
