Guys, when one speaks of the 577 having a pressure of 14 tons for the famed 750 @ 2050fps anyone know what the nominal barrel length is for this?
Obviously a 28" compared to a 23" is going to have some difference.
Also is there a standard length in double rifles?

Karl.

Standard for a 26" barrel I believe. Shortening the barrel will not affect pressure- only velocity.
