Just purchased a Ruger that has a NECG peep sight mounted on the rear base. Couple of questions:

The allen screw in the smaller of the locating knurled knobs is the lock after windage has been adjusted while the one in the centre is the lock for the main locating knurled knob.

c. how do you adjust this sight for windage?
Loosen both of the locking allen screws to adjust windage then tingten the locking screws. To remove sight to install scope sight the locking screw in the centre acting on the main knurled knob has to be loosened first.
