Yes -you are right, it is Ragnar Hansen & his son Roger, who is making the rifle including the action. Ragnar & Roger has for some time now been making their own actions. It is mainly push-feed actions they make. Remington 700 like but MUCH better quality.
But they can and will ($$$) make any action you want and in the size you want it.
My action for the 577 Tyrannosaur is huge, and it is a CRF action with the best features taken from both the M-98 and pre 64 systems.
