My Wife presented me with a new CZ550 in 458WM yesterday(12/31).The wood on this is beautifully striped walnut. I am loading rounds and will be at the range shortly!

That's a good one! Enjoy it. With the same gun, I found the factory irons to be spot-on at 50 yards with 500 grain factory loads.

Mr. Hoffman, I'd add a good dog to your list as well because even a good wife gets po'd sometimes. My dog is always glad to see me and very forgiving, even when i miss his birthday.

What's the magazine capacity on the 458 CZ?

5 rounds in the magazine, one in the chamber if you're willing to bend the extractor over the rim.

You have scored really well, better than getting sneakers!!!!. Just keep an eye on your stock, both myself and my hunting mate bought one in .416 rigby and our stocks cracked after eight shots a-piece. Mine now wears a custom fiberglass stock in the weatherby configuration.
