My father has one in 35 wheelen which we are pulling the barrel off as soon as our smith has time and going to put a 26" tube on it and AI it and with the loads he is shooting right now with 250gr he should be just under a 250gr out of a 375 H&H.

I would urge you to skip the 03A3 in favor of a double heat treated 1903, the actions are much smoother and just as strong.
