My wife and I are planning to go to London for a weekend in May. I'm looking into the H&H Shooting Grounds for a day trip while we're there. We're interested in their indoor rifle instruction range and lunch at the lodge. Has anyone done this? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Years ago, back in the '70's, I visited the H&H Shooting Grounds. I was a competetive clay target shooter then and was primarily interested in their shotgun facilities. I was fitted with a "try gun" and taken through a quail walk, a simulated driven game hunt and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I ended up with stock measurements which I not only applied to shotguns, but also to double rifles, which stood me in good stead later on in Africa. I highly recommend the experience.
