Thanks for the link. Everytime I see a pic(s) of a rare rifle I save them on my computer. It takes up some space, but it's nice to have pics of such rare rifles--even the pics are hard to come by.

I am surprise they chose this double rifle to remake. When colt first made them I wonder if they were offered in only 45/70. What were they making them for. Buffalo hunters, bear hunters ????
Seems like big $$$$ but would be a nice addition to someones colt or double collection.
