Has anyone taken a barnes solid and cupped the point in a lathe? Cup points seem to have a loyal following but a limited source. Just curious.

I am not sure if that would work because of the composition of the metal..I thin, the cup points were softer than the HP..but you could do it and shoot them into some medium and let us know..It would be an interesting experiment..You could also contact Mike Brady and ask him...

Would love to try it but I haven;t the means. We'll see if anyoine else has.
