I would hold out for a CZ550 American. The one you linked to is about $200 to much in my opinon.

^^It does include the scope...still too much? What is better about the American?

I don't think the package is overpriced necessarily but the American stock is much more scope-friendly. The combination of the hog-back (low comb) stock and those really really high rings may have you stretching to see through the scope; not good on a snap shot .458
On the other hand, if your neck is way too long for your body you might love it Wink.

That rifle ,used in good shape is worth about $500.00. $200.00 for the scope. You'll need some Talley rings. Those would set you back ~$95.00.

Glad I posted this rather than just jumping on it. I actually thought it was a pretty good deal. Guess I'll do a little more research on used gun prices! =)

The shape of the stock is important, like what Triggertate had to say. If you have to struggle to see through the scope because it is too tall for your facial dimensions with that stock, more than likely you WILL get smacked in the face pretty good when you pull the trigger.
