btt,

What, no comments from our panel of esteemed "troll hunters"? I expected at least some reference to my pathological lying!

700 nitro,

The rifle in this thread is a 500 AHR (lengthened 500 Jeffery).

I did once own a 500 A Square, and may again. It was a rebarreled Ruger No1 416 Rigby. The barrel length was 27". The ballistics of my 500 A Square Ruger No1 were only slightly less impressive than the 500 AHR.

Here are the actual chrony results. This rifle is just like a Weatherby, accurate and everything.

Chrony was 12' from muzzle, these are the chrony readings:

2366
2393
2372
2379
2376
2376
2383
2370
2377

Average of 9 shot string - 2377 fps
Extreme Spread of 9 shot string - 27 fps
Standard Deviation of 9 shot string - 7.8 fps.

700Nitro, I have posted pictures of the rifle. Should be obvious what it is built on.

Right on, Craig. I think it's really special how Scott drags out a couple of his phony members to back himself up, i.e. Mauser & Judy. Is that sort of like me, myself and I?

What's even funnier is that this fool thinks anyone is interested in his supposed loading data.

He's been working real hard lately to convince everyone he's not a lying piece of shit. Only problem is he uses more lies and more phony identities to try to convince us.

That ain't gonna fly, Scott, and if you had a brain you would have known it a year ago. Back to fantasy land with you. Scan some more stolen pictures for us.

I am amazed! NO "troll hunter" comments! Simply amazing. The ignore function must finally be working properly!

Perhaps I will start sharing more useful information, such as this, now that I no longer must deal with "troll hunters".

Well here are the results of the load work I did with the new Woodleigh 600 gr PP bullets.

Here is the target:

Just like a Weatherby, muzzle velocity is 2377 fps on average of 9 shots (second best group measured 1.5", did not group the first three). Software predicted a muzzle velocity of 2399 fps, mighty close.

Here are both the first three shot group (1.25" center to center) and the second three shot group (1.5" center to center):

Here are the case heads for the three rounds that made that particular group.

Here are the components before assembly (added this after original post):

What the hell are you trying to prove here? If nobody wants to play your game then you have nothing to prove. With that said, I don't mind seeing more of your pictures, especially stuff related to big bores. Thanks for the nice the pictures!

Pecos,

I'll bet your are right about that one. That is probably the only time I have ever seen you post something that was factual here on the big bore forum. Judy could not tell a 500 whatchamacallit from a 416 dodad.
