I'm getting a 375-338 Chatfield Taylor built, and am interested in any pet loads or advice for this. Mainly gonna be shooting 235 gr to 270 gr bullets (235 gr "plinkers"). Building it on a Tikka 7mm M-695 that I won in a raffle...thanks.

CampX,

Below is a link for a web site that is geared to the 416 Taylor. It has some loads for the 375 Taylor though. I also have some load data that I can copy and send to you. Just e-mail your address and I'll get in the mail. My own 375 Taylor is built on a Mark X action with a McGowan barrel.

I have a BRNO 602 barrel here in .375 cal could it be cut and re threaded and yoused with some action for this. Like if I got an M98 action. I know that the thread is different on the M98 but what about cutting and rethreading the barrel ??
