Nice going George!- By the way you should be able to get approx. 175 grs of 4350 into a once fired case using a drop tube. Another trick is to put a new cannelure on the woodleigh bullet and seat it out a little further about .150. Depending on what was done to your mag box, it should still feed just fine. I'm still waiting for the throater and my reamer to get back from Dave Kiff.-Rob -Rob

Sorry for the delay guys. My wife called me at work last Wed. and I had to take her to the ER. She' been in the hospital since. Can you believe migraines? They've been getting worse lately and she couldn't take it anymore. Even with the liberal application of narcotics in the hospital, it's all she can do the eat or do anything normal. In fact, she was getting so much pain meds, that her heart rate was dipping into the low 20's overnite on Tuesday/Wednesday. She was crashing and luckily they had put her on the Telemetry ward. Otherwise she'd be dead now. Thank god she had gone for a blood patch(she had a spinal tap and they thought she was having a "spinal headache". They inject some of your blood into your spine to raise the pressure to make up for the lost spinal fluid). They found the low heart rate in the recovery room. The nurses on her original floor hadn't noticed the low heart rate. Anyway here's the expanded bullets: The one on the left measures 1.126"(shot into 7-1gallon jugs), the one on the right measures 1.185"(shot into a 55 gallon plastic drum, end on). There is one that is even bigger! One of my shooting buddies has it. It was shot into a second barrel, I'd say it is around 1.375"! Mike, At this point I'd say he won't be going. If you want to bring someone else, I'd say do it.

George, Blessing for you wife... I've been through the migraines.. and I have also had the spinal tap... whatever "nice" name they call it now, during my backsurgery.... in fact, it was the first time i spent the night in the hospital since I was born.... becuase that told me that was even worse than a chain/cluster migraine (my brand, btw)... Hope she's well soon... she WILL love you if you take her some #5 shade lady's safety glasses, from any welding supply.... those are torch cutting shade (#5) and not too ugly when they are in a nicer safety glasses frame. jeffe

Thanks guys. I brought her home today. The headache is still there, just not as bad. I'm waiting for the phonecall from the Dr's office, we're trying to get an appointment at the Jefferson Headache Clinic at Jefferson Hospital near Philadelphia. Supposed to be in 2 weeks or so.

CCM, We recieved approval from the HMO bastards and got an appointment for Oct 25 for Jeff. But, surprise, a new problem has cropped up! We found out now that my wife has either an atanoma(sp?) on her pituitary gland or an enlarged pituitary. A new MRI found it. One of the Doc's is right, just don't know which one. I had to take her back to the ER last week, I thought she had had a stroke. Her Left eye was pointing in a different direction than her right eye. The left eyelid was also sagging. They claim it is from the pit. pressing on her optic nerve. It has since gotten better, but not perfect. We are waiting for approval from the HMO bastards to take her to Wills Eye Hospital in Philiadelphia, on recomendation from her neurologist. Thanks for the thoughts and well wishes guys. On a brighter note, I will be shooting the 600 again on the 12th. Going to try for 2250. I'll post pics and regal you with tales of pain after I recover. Dan, I haven't forgotten about your request for pics, I don't have any loaded ammo to fill-up the mag with. Will load some in the next few days.

George, Pituitary adenomas ( a type of brain tumor) can be tricky, but usually easily fixed with a transphenoidal approach (believe it or through the nose or through the roof of the mouth). Her synptoms are consistent with this type of tumor which causes problems not because it spreads, but becuas as it grows, it presses on vital brain structures. All of the big Philly hospitals have great neurosurgeons, but I can find out which is "best" if you would like. Stay well and my best to your wife, Paul
