458 Lott/First Blood
Well, my 458 Lott just drew it 's first blood. Not the 500lb Boar with 6" tushes I was hoping for, but a Copperhead snake. I hearby testify that a 350gr RN Hornady at 2500fps, WILL take the head off of a copperhead.

As Roark said, Use Enough Gun, I did.

I used the .600OK on a big rattler last year. I dialed up Major Termination Mode. Very satisfying seeing snake pieces flying thru the air. Good Kill!-Rob

while not a physically huge beast, i certainly understand...

one of the fastest ways in the universe for a thing to die is a snake to come out in front of me, which a shovel in my hands...

i aint certain that the head of my shovel goes 2200 FPS....
