Have not been able to find Accurate 5744 powder. Does anyone have a recommendation for a practice load using 400 gr bullets | ||

If you are looking for reduced recoil try trail boss. I don't shoot reduced loads per se. When I don't want to be knocked around as much, I use 350gr bullet over a load of IMR 4350. Right around 50gr H4198 (or IMR4198)with a backer rod filler is a good NfB load. | |||
