Thinking about trying a red dot on my 375H&H. Has anyone used the Leupolds on bigger bore rifles? How do they hold up?

Wayne at AHR recommends the Delta Point, or did last year when he was fitting a mount to my RMR. You could check with him.

Trijicon RMR or the Delta Point Pro are both excellent and have been used successfully on big bores up to the 600 OK. Delta points have been hard to come by this spring due to the military scarfing them all up from Leopold. We make a QD mount for the CZ 550 that takes the RMR, Delta Point, or Burris FF3. We're making a mount now that will fit on SAKO's.

I have two. One on my Glock 19 EVERYDAY carry gun. The other on my MRC .505 Gibbs is mounted on a QD base from Wayne at AHR. These are outstanding recoil proof sights! Mine are both the 2 moa dot models.
