I couldn't stand it and had to take the new gun to the range. Ended up shooting 21 shots- Winchester Safari Grade Ammo - 500 gr partitions and solids. Got it sighted in and then shot 4 groups. The trigger is heavy, and I will adjust that no problem. Have no idea if it would affect things at 50 yards, but we had a 20-25 mph left to right crosswind. Anyway, here were my four - 3 shot groups at 50. The scope held up fine for 21 shots, and responded perfectly to all adjustments. I think when I adjust the trigger and no wind, I can do a little better, but I am pretty pleased. You definitely know you shot the gun...reminds me of a 3 1/2" 12 gauge with heavy turkey loads.
