Is there anyone out there who has a Jeffery rifle with a rear sight like the one I used on a rifle many years ago?

It was a 404, and it has "express" sights. What was unusual about it was the little "ladder" sight in front of the 300 Yd leaf. I am making as close a re-creation as I can of that rifle, from memory, but I would really like to see that old sight again.

If anyone could help me I'd be truly thankful. I would like to see some cloes-ups of it, to remember exactly how it looked and worked. Could You take some pics and send them to Me?

Well, since no-one seems to have a Jeffery .404 sighted thus, here's a pic of the rear sight on an A&N Lee Speed .303 in my custody.
