Does Weatherby MK5 Long Action Bottom Metal fit Rem700 LA

Does anyone know if the Weatherby MK 5 Custom Shop bottom metal with the deeper floorplate to hold 1x more of the larger .378 WM based cases will fit the Rem 700 long action foot print or is it significantly different ?

i don't think so, mate.. trigger and mag geometery is very different

does any company make a similar bottom metal as the MK5 one that firs rem 700 Long Action eg; drop belly ? (is that what its called ?)

DGR Shooter

Sunny Hill and Williams both make custom bottom metal for the M700, but I'm not 100% sure about drop belly's. Badger Ordnance, H-S Precision, and Wyatt also make custom bottom metal with detachable magazines of various capacities.
