At the range, i wear both plugs and muffs, and a bad day is foam plugs ans 29db muffs... remember, the DB ratings are also about frequency...

any ears are better than none, and double is better still

500 gr at 2500fps is nominal.. and its an AWESOME round .. its what started all the true big bore nightmare for me.. and i like Dave is one of the greatest guys on the earth

I have not been able to connect with the link you provided. How can that rifle look like recoil is a small bore on the video? I did not see a muzzle brake.

I have not seen a 500 gr 2500fps round look so tame. What rifle is that?
