What do you guys think? Good buy? Walk away from it?

I don't know but it sure looks nice.

IMO, you would be hard pressed to get this much rifle for that kind of $. anywhere else. The sum of its parts and labor exceed the top price. Lee.

Anything John Ricks builds is solid and sure to be a great shooter. If I didn't have so many guns and things going, I would have definitely gotten it a while ago.

I've got more than the "buy it now" price in my rifle with just components I bought!

If you like the rifle.....the price isn't at all bad!

Geez, this is soooo tempting, but I am getting tired of asking myself how many .375s does a guy need? Confused Frowner

This rifle is what inspired me to buy my first Whitworth. It belongs to our very own TC1. It is a good buy in my opinion.

Hey TC1,

When you wife decides to change out the carpeting on the stairs, can I have it? That is the pefect champagne color for a mid-August matching of the salmon eggs on an Alaskan river the name of which escapes me at the moment.

Seriously,

There have been pictures taken of some interesting guns on that very first step up to the boudoir.

Definitely worth themoney, but I already have two .375 Whitworths, just doesn't make sense for me to buy it. I keep looking at it though. Somebody buy it that will take it hunting and put some character marks on it.

Looks like a great rifle for the selling price of $1899.

Damn, I hope one of you guys bought that... it was a steal!
