I just got off the phone with Mark at NECG. He knows Dirk and Reimer Johansson, and he can contact them about getting us (those of us that are interested) some Horneber 10.75x68 brass. Please spread the word and have interested parties PM me. I will not be taking anyone’s cash. If we get this done each individual will ultimately deal with NECG and be man enough to make a commitment and follow through with the cash. The way I understand it, Johansson is currently the only source for Horneber 10.75x68 brass. Thanks

Did Mark give any indication of what price he would be charging per box of 20?

No. He would like to know how much he needs to bring in, then contact Johansson so a projected price can be worked up.

Do they make it themselves?

I used a lot of Horneber brass in 10.75x68 back in the day. Ive owned 3 in that caliber. Sold my last one to an AR contributer along with 500 rounds of brass and ammo..What a great caliber, balistically a 404 Jefferys (early loadings) or 450-400. One of mine held 5 10.75 rounds down, plus one up the tube for a total of 6 and could squeeze in number 7, but not a good idea, has a drop box by Dennis Olson...

A much over looked caliber for sure for all big game that you can load on Sat and shoot til next friday..

If a supply of brass became available I might just build another..I guess C&H makes dies, my old dies were RCBS, doubt they still make them.
