Which dies should I get? Or stay away from? While I am at it. For anyone who has decided to move on to something bigger, do you have any dies or 458WM brass that you would be willing to sell cheap?

For a second I thought this was an obituary thread… I’ve got RCBS for my 458 and like them fine… ______________________ Sometimes there is no spring... Just the wind that smells fresh before the storm...

ddunn- I have a set of 458 WinMag dies for sale. I think they are Redding dies but just can't remember. I'll check tonight if interested. $30.00 plus shipping. In my mind Redding dies are the best non-special order dies out there. The only easy day is yesterday!

I like RCBS, Redding, Hornady, Lyman, and most dies, but I steer clear of C-H dies. Ray Atkinson Atkinson Hunting Adventures 10 Ward Lane, Filer, Idaho, 83328 208-731-4120 rayatkinsonhunting@gmail.com

I was fairly unimpressed with the Lee in .458WM The seater stem seemed too short and looked like pot metal. I must have came close to striping the thread until I thru the loose bullet nose cup thingie away.

IMHO, the best available. "I ask, sir, what is the Militia? It is the whole people. To disarm the people is the best and most effective way to enslave them" - George Mason, co-author of the Second Amendment during the Virginia convention to ratify the Constitution
