Anybody know where I can find a BBK-02 action or complete rifle using this action? I want a bolt with a body diameter of >.708 which is what the BBK-01's seem to run.
It turns out I have a BBK-02 action on a custom .416 which is too nice to canabalize and it Mikes out at .725. However, I have no idea where to find another. Any help would be appreciated.-Rob

and select "Retail Catalog" on the left side and them click on the UltraMag action icon on that new page. These folks bought the BBK tooling from the Korean foundry and are producing the BBK-01 or 02 again (unclear as to which one this is when compared back to the old designation - BUT it is the big action).

The BBK-01 model is a large super heavy double square bridge bolt action receiver suitable for "Safari" type cartridges from .338 Lapua to .505 Gibbs. With a Winchester� pre-64 style positive claw extractor and controlled round feed these are excellent choices for dangerous game rifles. Made from 4140 Chromemoly steel, these actions have a standard bolt face of .385", but can be opened up considerably larger to accomodate most bolt action cartridges.

Pfeiffer- Yes I know about the OLY Arms BBK-01 and while it would be perfect, there is about a 4 month backorder on them. That's why I'm looking for someone who might have an older BBK-02. Thanks though for going through the trouble of providing the post.-Regards-Rob

I actually do have a friend, that before he moved had one. But since the move I haven't been able to contact him and it's been almost a year since then. If I talk with him I'll look into it.

I kinda thought you'd know about OlyArms but it wasn't much to post it for others as well.
