I can honestly say I didn't piss on anyones leg or spit in their coffee!!!
Once in awhile things turn to shit as has happened big time with this rifle.
Was sent back to Triple River Gunsmith last Mon the 1st. This time (the fourth trip) I was told I'd be reimbursed for the S&I--$48.00.
Two stocks damaged by laying the bolt in contact with them when packaging was supplied.
I would think it would be routine to cycle a firearm, inspect work completed before it leaves their shop.
It will not feed my reloads. New Norma brass, 500 gr Barnes Banded solid. COL 3.600". With one in the magazine it will slide into the chamber slick. Put one on top of it and its a no go. Can anyone provide me with some insight on the possible cause for this problem.

Got a message from CZ-Triple River Gunsmith yesterday telling me my rifle has been repaired-???-and shipped.
Fast turn around-kinda scary.

The 458 Lott is back again. New stock, fairly nice piece of wood--but no front swivel stud or barrel band--oh well I'll take it.
Scope mounted level and the screws are tight, an improvement. Test target showing a 100 yd zero.
Seems to feed well, only tried it a couple times. Again, a big improvement!!
Check for postage not included as promised.
I feel we're gaining, still glad I don't own a rack of them.

Now bed the stock, add a wrist pin, and never worry about doing this again.

After several phone calls i've received my check for the last shipping--$48.00
What a hassel but now its out the door and my friend is set up for his next trip to Africa if he decides to hunt DG. Still a couple of concerns, the wrist pin, bedding the stock, bolt handle, perhaps a barrel band. Rifle shoots good, grouping Barnes 500 gr TSXs and Banded Solids together at 100 yds.
What are your thought regarding a third cross bolt above the rear of the trigger guard??
Presently setting up a 375 H&H Win M70 for a BB hunt in AK, which is definitly a non event after the Lott.
