To all of you who currently or previously have owned a .470 Capstick and/or a .460 A-Square Short, we are looking for the following information. As Sgt. Friday would say, "Only the facts."

(1) Please describe your rifle(s) and who built them. What would you have done differently?

(2) Advise on the components that you used for reloading and how they worked.

(3) With a 22-23" barrel, can 2300 fps be realistically reached with a 500 grain bullet?

(4) How was the accuracy?

Tye is wanting to put this in a Model 70 Magnum action.

There is no such thing as 'too much detail'. Please feel free to e-mail me directly, just make certain that I know that it is about these guns.

Thanks for your time and in-put.

Cheers,

Sam

GeorgeS,

I have tried the 'search' feature, but with not much satisfaction. Would you mind giving me the details on your rifle?

How about the rest of you guys that own either of these calibers? A little help please.

Dosen't ANYONE have a .460 A-Square Short?

Thanks,

Sam
