I believe I read recently of a 20ga rifle soon to be out and I am wondering about building something on a 20 I have.
It is a bolt action 20 ga. shotgun built on a Sears (maybe savage) action. Are there any 20's out there with milled slugs and brass being used in 20 ga. rifles?

Hasting's has something that might just be superior to what Savage is offering. They are advertising a 20 gauge 3 1/2" chambering that fires a 410 grain slug down a fully rifled barrel at 2000 fps. One of the rifles is built on an NEF action, although there may be others too. www.hastingsammunition.com

It's always embarrassing when you say something witty, and then get smacked by a forklift.

Thanks guys that is the direction I want to go. Hopefully there will be some turned slugs which can be used in the rifled barrels direct. I would like to get better bllistics if possible.
