Why would anyone be worried that they cannot buy Rem brand ammo when you can buy Federal premium or Norma for actual hunting? Actually PMP in South Africa makes ammo for it as well and there is certainly no problem of supply of .416 Rem in Southern Africa! (most gun stores will stock at least one out of the three above brands - and while I don't like PMP it is loaded with Swift A frames....)

Because (no offense, of course ) I finally have a shot at health, and will be manufacturing better quality 416 Rem Mag ammunition than those fine brands you have mentioned.

And at a sane price. Consumer direct; also at fine gun emporiums and Billy Bob's smash and grab.
