Remember when this gun came out? It hit the market to rave reviews. I already had 2 375's or I would have bought one. I still think they're a great value. Anyway......you don't see or hear much about them anymore. Occasionally you see one for sale but not often. Sales and notoriety seem to have fallen off. 114-R10David

I have one and really like it. It has all the bells and whistles, a beautiful stock, and is accurate. Got a great deal on it at Cabelas for $1,500. (Not a typo) However, it is heavier than I like. I have small hands and the forend is too big for my grip, but the wrist is small and fits me perfectly. I have several 375 H&Hs, and my favorite is my Dakota Safari. I really like the Ruger African in 375 Ruger as it is light (7.75 lbs.), and the stock is slim and trim for me. I have noticed the same thing you have. I don't see them for sale hardly anywhere anymore.

I've got one in .458 Lott. I like the rifle, but customer service left a lot to be desired. Forget the precise issue, but if I recall, the front sight hood fell off or maybe it was the barrel band that came loose after the first few shots and when I sent it back to the factory to fix it, they charged me freight. Not cool. Agree its a bit heavy and the .458 wrecked a scope but with a Talley peep, I like it.

They do tend to trash scopes..I suggest if you want it scoped to find a 2.5 Leupold compact, its the only scope I use on really big bore starting with the 458 Lott and up..and it goes well with a talley peep on talley QD rings and bases..I trased quite a few scopes on a light wt. 458 Lott and a 505 Gibbs IMP.
