Winchester has long had a habit of stamping lot numbers on the inside of the flaps. Sometimes they are cryptic, sometimes not. Sometimes they add a separate date code. What's stamped inside the flaps?

By the way the stamp says "67DM03". What can you glean from that nugget?

Pre 1962 will not have the "warning keep out of reach of children" printed on it.
