I was wondering where any of you guys out there with cartridge collections, especially of the big bore variety, go to buy rounds. I was really interested in obtaining one or two 577 tyrannosaur rounds and maybe a 500 whisper but no one seems to have them. Contacting A-Square was no help either. None of the guys in the cartridge collecting forum were able to help. If anyone out there has any advice or would like to sell a few of theirs I'd be much obliged. Thanks fellas CZ [ 10-17-2002, 07:25: Message edited by: CZ 550 ]

I think BMG and Mitch are the two shooters here that have a 577 T-REX so you best bet would be to email them to see if they can sell you a couple of dummy rounds. BMG also had some real short 50 caliber cartridges that use 50 BMG projectile. Have fun. [ 10-19-2002, 18:09: Message edited by: Mingo ]

Dieter Horneber is the only source of T-Rex brass apparantly. You might send him an E-mail and see if he has some. BMG just got some brass from Dieter. -Rob

cz, give the boys at SSK a call about the whisper. JD and crew were down at the range a couple of weeks ago and had a 510Whisper and loaded ammo-- most used 50BMG bullets, with some black nosed APs thrown in too impressive looking rounds! here's their website: http://www.sskindustries.com/ [ 10-19-2002, 10:30: Message edited by: ppk1911 ]
