What is the value of a Kimber African in 505 Gibbs? A friend has one. It has been fired at targets a couple dozen times, but basically is in new condition. My friend tells me he thinks Kimber of Oregon made less than 10 of them.

Heed the words of Winston Smith in Orwell's 1984:
"Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right."

Double Rifles, This is the weapon of a Jedi Knight. Not as clumsy or random as bolt rifle. An elegant weapon for a more civilized age.

Biebs$5,500-$6,500 is about right, I would think. There have been a lo0t of other 505 Gibbs options that have come along since then, and Oregon Kimbers had a reputation for questionable reliability.

505EDBiebs is right, the one other that I have seen in the flesh was said to have feeding issues, I think it was in 2008 at the beinfield show in vegas...the price was around that 5 to 6K mark if I remember then too.
