It would appear that Mr. James L. Smith is offering to rectify what Art Alphin was unable to. It seems only fair to give him the chance. I hope Mr. Smith does not mind my taking the initiative to reproduce his post a little more noticeably.

I have read several posts stating that Mr. Smith has fulfilled obligations that Mr. Alphin failed to fulfill. Kudos to Mr. Smith for making good on a problem that he did not create.
