Wanted: better quality photo/link to David Bradley's falling block 50BMG that he says he would shoot only with black powder. This is from a "back page" of Very High Power Issue 2000-2, page 42.

Who would we contact to get these dimemsions.
A- barrel thread and length,
B- action sidewall thickness..........
Being 4140 treated if both of above are right
size and thickness if would handle smokeless.
It is a nice old timey look.Ed

Doug Turnbull did the "charcoal case hardening" on this, for David Bradley, who seems to have built it from scratch, around 1999, or before.

Maybe sumbuddy who know more will post. thumb
