They're very sleek, for sure.

Anyone use(d) them?
What are your opinions of the CONETROL mounts?

BusMaster007,

I used some of them years ago. I found installing them to be quite a fiddle, and as we install scopes almost every day here, I stopped using them.

Apart from their smooth looks, they do not offer anything other, easier to use, scope mounts, have.

I have used a few. As Saeed said, they can be a PITA to install. However, once installed, they are very adjustable. They are very lightweight, and seem to hold like grim death. Personally, I like 'em, and will use them again, particularly on lightweight rifles. (But not on something I'm going to be swapping scopes around... )

Like they have said they hold like death. I have never had a scope move. They really look nice and smooth and are very lite. If you are planning on taking the scope off/on you might consider the upgrade that has the screw in the bottom of the rings to hold them together. If you are going to install and leave it then I don't think the extra expense is necessary. Just hold your mouth right and put it together.

I like them. They are sleek, and a very good choice for a 'permanent' installation.

I have several sets.

Thanks.
I was thinking of using them on my 700/7mm with a few other 'favorite' accessories just to have them all on one rifle.
I'll look into it further.
