Just a quick question. I've got a .458 MarkX. I've had a couple of Whitworth exress guns before. Folding sights and nice stock. The Mark X has "Whitworth Rifle Com. Manchester England" on the barrel and "Whitworth Exrpess Rifle" on the left reciever rail. Am I right in assuming that its the same barelled action just different sights and stock as supplied by interarms?

I beleive the Whitworths are better fitted and nicer rifles. I have both a 375 and 458 and they are glass bedded with express sights. The action is the same. Here's a fairly comprehensive thread on Whitworths. Whitworth Discussion "Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult."
