You could not reproduce it for that price. However, the critical issue is whether it feeds properly and reliably. I would only purchase it on a 3 day inspection deal with shooting rights.

do my old eyes deceive me or is the barrel one of those steyr rotoforged ones with the forging lines on the exterior ?

also, being a d r guy that barrel looks awfully long to me- like maybe 28"" ???

nice looking rifle overall. but no sale

Tom,

I think you are seeing flaws in the photo resolution, not structures on the barrel.

As for length, I would guess 25 or 26, but I am open to being wrong.
